DELIVERY & RETURNS

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) for same day dispatch).  

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Sorry but we do not presently deliver outside of the UK.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you absolutely love your products.  However, if you have any issues please contact us  within 10 days of receipt and will resolve them.  Refunds and replacements will be issued when we receive the returned products.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return any items you may do so if you have not used the products. 

You return them to us within 10 working days of your original purchase. 

As you would expect, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any products which have been opened/used.  

Please note that we can't refund delivery charges in these instances.
